We are looking for a Group Business Development Manager to help drive new client growth across Staffscanner’s core business and other new-to-market technology and service products within the wider group. This is a hands-on role focused on building relationships, creating new commercial opportunities and helping convert interest into business.
You will work across outreach, target account development, early-stage conversations, pipeline management and deal progression, with plenty of visibility across the wider business. You should enjoy building momentum, creating opportunity and working in an environment where you can make a real impact.
This role would suit someone with good business development experience who wants broader exposure, more ownership and the chance to grow with a group that is bringing new products and services to market.
