About the role
We are currently recruiting 3 Support Workers for a rare, long‑term opportunity with a fantastic care provider in the Dunblane area. This is ongoing work with a highly regarded employer, offering stability and consistency that doesn’t come around often. While prior experience and training are essential, you’ll receive a full induction from the client, and uniform will be provided.
Pay: From £14.12 per hour (subject to change depending on shift pattern and service requirements)

What we need from you (requirements)
- You must have:
- Valid right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
- At least 6 months of UK-based care experience within the last 2 years
- Minimum 3 years work history
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle (required for travelling to service users)
- Experience with moving & handling
- Medication training certificate
- A satisfactory PVG check
- Care at home experience (advantageous)
- A passion for delivering excellent care with professionalism, compassion, and strong teamwork
