Staffscanner is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to lead the day-to-day marketing activity that brings in enquiries, creates interest and supports the sales pipeline. The aim of the role is to turn marketing into a practical, commercially useful function that helps generate new business opportunities for Staffscanner’s temporary staffing services. This role is suited to someone who enjoys making things happen, can manage multiple workstreams at once and understands how campaigns, CRM, digital activity and follow-up all work together.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver demand generation campaigns aimed at bringing in qualified leads.
  • Run and optimise activity across email, CRM, paid campaigns, website journeys and content-led campaigns.
  • Support re-engagement activity for dormant customers and warm prospects.
  • Work with sales to improve lead handover, quality feedback and conversion outcomes.
  • Support event activity, including promotion, attendance campaigns and structured follow-up.
  • Build audience lists, campaign journeys and nurture activity in CRM.
  • Track campaign performance and report on leads, cost, conversion and contribution to pipeline.
  • Manage external agencies or suppliers where required.
  • Help improve landing pages, forms and calls to action to increase conversion.
  • Keep marketing activity organised, well tracked and aligned to commercial priorities.

  • Good understanding of email marketing, paid activity, landing pages and campaign performance.
  • A practical, organised approach and the ability to manage several projects at once.
  • A commercial mindset and interest in what actually drives results.

  • Experience in staffing, recruitment, healthcare, care technology or software.
