About the Role
We're looking for compassionate Care Assistants in Kirkcaldy, Scotland, to provide high-quality, person-centred care across residential, nursing and care home settings. You'll support individuals with personal care, mobility, nutrition and daily living while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care and emotional support
- Assist with moving and handling
- Support daily living activities
- Report changes in health and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with the wider care team
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
- Minimum 6 months' UK care experience within the last 2 years
- Experience with moving and handling
- Satisfactory DBS check
- Passion for delivering high-quality care with professionalism, compassion and teamwork
- UK driving licence preferred
Important: We cannot accept overseas care experience. Pay rates vary depending on the shift worked, with enhanced rates available for nights, weekends and bank holidays.
