We are recruiting Support Workers to support a 19-year-old young man in his own home on a 2:1 basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to support someone building independence and confidence in a new stage of life. This role will be hoping to hire on the basis of a temp to perm arrangement.
The role
- Provide person-centred support to ensure safety and wellbeing
- Support with daily living tasks including personal care, cooking, shopping, and maintaining a clean home
- Encourage independence, social engagement, and new experiences
- Support with budgeting and daily routines
- Work closely with family and a supportive team
Shift Patterns:
- Day Shift: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Back Shift: 4:00pm – 11:00pm
- Sleepover: 11:00pm – 7:00am
- Night Shift: 11:00pm – 9:00am
- 4-week rolling rota, including weekends
Hours:
- Full-time: 37 hours per week
- Part-time options available

What we need from you (requirements)
- Valid right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
- At least 6 months of UK-based care experience within the last 2 years
- Experience with moving and handling
- A satisfactory PVG check
- A UK Driving license
- A passion for delivering high-quality care with professionalism, compassion, and teamwork
