We are a well-established recruitment agency based in Southend-on-Sea and are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our busy Industrial Division. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recruitment or strong coordination/administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a high-volume recruitment desk.
The Role
- Supporting consultants with the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Advertising vacancies and managing candidate applications
- Registering and screening candidates
- Coordinating interviews and bookings
- Compliance checks and onboarding
- Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
- Providing excellent candidate and client support
About You
- Previous recruitment experience is desirable, but not essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
