Gymnastics Manager in Leigh-on-Sea

Gymnastics Manager/ Gymnastic Lead Coach Pay: £20£25 per hour (depending on experience) Hours: 20 hours per week (more available for the right candidate) Schedule: Evenings & weekends required We are a young, ambitious gymnastics club with significant growth potential and a clear long-term vision. We are looking for a Gymnastics Manager to support the Head Coach and help develop a high-quality recreational and competitive gymnasts. Key Responsibilities Deliver and manage gymnastics sessions across: o Recreational classes o Competitive squads Support and mentor coaching staff Assist with development planning, structure, and progression pathways Help develop and oversee the preschool classes (On a bonus) Contribute to the growth and long-term development of the club Requirements British Gymnastics Level 2 qualification (essential) Level 3 preferred, or willingness to work towards Strong organisational and communication skills Commitment to gymnast development and coaching standards What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (£20£25) Guaranteed 20 hours per week for the right candidate Opportunity to grow with a developing club and progress into a senior role Supportive working environment with long-term potential This role is ideal for an experienced coach ready to step into a management position and help build something special.
