We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Ground Maintenance Operative to help maintain a 60-acre site to a high standard. This is a varied, hands-on role that will suit someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping sites clean, safe, and well presented.
What We Offer

- Daytime hours Monday to Friday 8.00-16.30
Key Responsibilities
- Litter Picking across the site
- Routine maintenance including mowing and pruning
- Clearing overgrown areas
- General maintenance
- Carrying out repairs where required
- Ensuring site remains clean, safe, and presentable at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience preferred
- Experience operating grounds maintenance equipment such as strimmers, hedge cutters etc
- Basic DIY or Maintenance skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
- Good timekeeping
- Driving licence
