Van Driver/Sales Assistant

Staffright Southend LTD are currently recruiting for a unique position based in Southend on Sea Essex. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic person who will hold a UK driving licence and comfortable with working varied roles, Warehouse / Customer Service / Van driving for deliveries. This is a temp to permanent position. We offer: • Early Day Shift: Monday to Fri – 5am – 1pm ( every 4th Saturday with day off in week) • Opportunity for a permanent position after a successful temporary period • Convenient car parking on-site • A supportive and friendly work environment • Weekly pay • Holiday Pay + Pension Scheme Responsibilities: • Driving and delivering to clients (Sprinter Van) • Preparing orders for delivery in Warehouse which includes light manual lifting • Handling Product & Quality Checking before dispatch • Customer Service / making outbound calls to clients to check orders • Using IT programmes to monitor orders. Requirements: • Must have a valid UK Driving licence & comfortable driving a van. • Over 25 years (for insurance purposes only) • Comfortable with using IT software • Outstanding Timekeeping as role is very time dependant. • Have strong English communication / Customer Service skills • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
