Staffright (Southend) are currently looking for a Handyman for a new build house site in Sudbury. This job will include working on site snagging and making good on new build housing properties.

Jobs - Within this job role, you will need to be able to drill and take out locks in doors. You will also be replacing 5 locks within a show home.

You will be required to bring:

  • Your own tools

Pay Rate from 20

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in general maintenance and repair tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot issues in residential and commercial properties.
  • Install fixtures, appliances, and furniture as needed.
