Staffright are recruiting now for our client based near South Woodham Ferrers for a QA Team Leader that will be predominantly hands-on production with an administration element. This would be on a temp to perm basis for the right candidate to eventually be full time on contract with a very well known award winning company. -Previous experience as a team leader in a manufacturing environment are preferable -Organised, and good time management skill -Good communication skills and computer literacy. -This role also involves training team members, people skills are very important, you will also be responsible for keeping the training documentation up to date. – Driving licence would be required for this role and own car. It is a very seasonal business and every month is different. When the plant is not operating there will be work on different sites. Hours: 40 hours per week including weekends at peak times. There are several seasonal fluctuations, with time off in lieu for additional hours worked and all extra hours worked in the Christmas period are paid as over time. Full training which will including HACCP, Food Safety, Forklift training, First Aid and Fire safety
