We are looking for experienced care and support workers to support our clients working long day shifts or nights to support services which are based in and around Norwich.
We have regular hours available for the right candidates and can offer a set pattern of work, or a flexible rota depending on your needs.
You will work with customers who are elderly and who may have dementia and/ or clients with learning and physical disabilities.
It is important to us and our customers that you understand the needs of the clients.
Therefore, experience working with elderly and frail customers and a willingness to undertake additional training around dementia, alongside manual handling training is essential.
Similarly for our other client groups, experience supporting those with physical and learning challenges is important to us.
All roles offered are subject to references and enhanced DBS checks.
