Staffright (Southend) are currently looking for a Handyman for a new build house site in Sudbury. This job will include working on site snagging and making good on new build housing properties.
Jobs - Within this job role, you will need to be able to drill and take out locks in doors. You will also be replacing 5 locks within a show home.
You will be required to bring:
- Your own tools

Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues in residential and commercial properties.
- Install fixtures, appliances, and furniture as needed.
- Ensure all repairs are completed to high standards and in a timely manner.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
