We are looking for a reliable and skilled Paving and Groundworkers to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing sites, laying paving materials, and ensuring all groundwork is completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and leveling ground surfaces for paving and other groundwork tasks
- Installing various types of paving (block paving, flagstones, slabs, tarmac, etc.)
- Digging trenches and foundations for drainage and other installations
- Operating hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects on time
- Maintaining site cleanliness and organisation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in paving and groundworks preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to handle manual labor
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- CSCS card preferred
- Own transport is advantageous
- Must have own tools
