Overview
Staffright Southend Ltd is currently recruiting experienced FLT Drivers (Counterbalance or Reach) for a busy and well-established Global Distribution Company centre in Rayleigh. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with the potential for permanent employment after a 13-week probation period.
Pay Rates
- Day Shifts: £12.60 per hour
- Night Shifts: £14.11 per hour
Shifts Available
- Days (Mon-Fri):
- 06:00-14:00
- 08:00-16:00
- 14:00-22:00 (Sun – Thurs)
Duties
- Operating FLT to load and unload deliveries
- Manual handling, including moving goods on and off the forklift
- General warehouse duties – palletising, picking, and wrapping
Requirements
- Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach) – ESSENTIAL
- Previous warehouse experience
- Physically fit, reliable, and a strong team player
