Overview

Staffright Southend Ltd is currently recruiting experienced FLT Drivers (Counterbalance or Reach) for a busy and well-established Global Distribution Company centre in Rayleigh. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with the potential for permanent employment after a 13-week probation period.

Pay Rates

  • Day Shifts: £12.60 per hour
  • Night Shifts: £14.11 per hour

Shifts Available

  • Days (Mon-Fri):
  • 06:00-14:00
  • 08:00-16:00
  • 14:00-22:00 (Sun – Thurs)
  • Nights (Sun-Thu): 23:00-07:00
  • Duties

    • Operating FLT to load and unload deliveries
    • Manual handling, including moving goods on and off the forklift
    • General warehouse duties – palletising, picking, and wrapping

    Requirements

    • Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach) – ESSENTIAL
    • Previous warehouse experience
    • Physically fit, reliable, and a strong team player
