Job Title: Farm Operative – Turkey Plucking
Location: Harlow, CM20
What we offer:
- Weekly Pay
- Working hours 7.30am until 3.30pm
- Pay rate: £12.61 per hour
- Free on-site parking

Key Duties:
- Carefully pluck feathers from turkeys by hand
- Handle turkeys gently to minimize damage to meat and skin
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the process
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets (35+ birds per day)
- Assist with setting up and cleaning equipment before and after use
