Job Title: Farm Operative – Turkey Plucking

Location: Harlow, CM20

What we offer:

  • Weekly Pay
  • Working hours 7.30am until 3.30pm
  • Pay rate: £12.61 per hour
  • Free on-site parking
  • Seasonal work up to Christmas

Key Duties:

  • Carefully pluck feathers from turkeys by hand
  • Handle turkeys gently to minimize damage to meat and skin
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the process
  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times
  • Work efficiently to meet daily production targets (35+ birds per day)
  • Assist with setting up and cleaning equipment before and after use

Candidate specification:

  • Physically fit and keen to work
  • Flexible with working hours due to seasonal peak demands
  • Driving license preferred (due to multiple farm locations across Harlow)
