What We Offer:
- Start date: ASAP
- Full-time seasonal work until November
- Monday to Friday: 7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m + Friday: Early finish at 3:45 p.m.
- £12.21 per hour
- Overtime paid after 38 hours at an enhanced rate

Key Duties:
- Potting up plants
- Labelling products
- Moving plants to the relevant greenhouse or outdoor areas
- Packing plants and preparing orders for dispatch
- Operating nursery machinery such as potting and transplanting machines (training provided)
- Picking plants for garden centre orders
- Loading plants onto trolleys and moving them around the site
What We Are Looking For:
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Must be able to bend and lift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
- Flexibility to work additional hours during busy seasonal periods
