Shift Pattern: Two-weekly rotating shift cycle
Shift Times: 06:00 - 14:15, 14:00 - 22:15 (Weekend coverage may be required)
Staffright are recruiting for our client based in Harlow, a well-established and growing global FMCG manufacturer, for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Plant Operative (Miller) to support high-speed production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor cleaning and milling machinery
- Maintain product quality and production throughput
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment
- Keep work area clean and follow hygiene standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and complete production/maintenance records
Requirements
- Experience in milling or cleaning plant (FMCG preferred)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene (HACCP desirable)
- Forklift or material handling experience (desirable)
- Familiarity with automated control systems (desirable)
