Trainee Recruitment Coordinator

Staffright Group in Ipswich are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Coordinator to join our industrial recruitment team; we have excellent tenure in our teams and this is an unusual opportunity to join our business!You will be responsible for learning how to run a busy desk of up to 100 temporary workers from across the European Union and placing workers in industrial and manufacturing businesses across Suffolk, while learning to manage new contracts and build relationships with clients and workers. With this in mind, it would be useful if you spoke an Eastern European language such as Lithuanian, Polish or Romanian for example; but this isn’t essential.Ideally you will have some experience in a customer service role, have strong administration and PC skills and good written and spoken English. Full recruitment training will be provided as part of your new role.As part of your day to day role, you will place workers with clients, register new workers, carry out compliance checks, conduct payroll, general administration and data entry, as well as other duties as and when required.This will be a very busy position and will require a certain amount of additional hours as well as travel around Suffolk visiting your client base once trained, so it is essential that you have a full UK driving licence.
