Experienced Domiciliary care workers required in Southend on Sea, on a temporary, part or full-time basis. Long term and temp to perm opportunities available for the right candidates. You must be able to commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week for this position.

Pay starts at £15.92 inclusive of holiday pay. Free training, bonus awards for outstanding performance, guaranteed hours available, free DBS, option to save holidays or be paid holiday pay weekly, and company pension.

We are looking for experienced Domiciliary care workers to support our clients working long day shifts or early/late shifts based in Southend on Sea. We require candidates to complete a minimum of 30 hours per week around your availability, with overtime available up to 50+ hours per week for the right candidates. A set pattern of work or a flexible rota can be offered depending on your needs.

You will work with customers who are elderly and may have dementia, often recently discharged from hospital. It is important to us and our customers that you understand the needs of the clients. Experience working with elderly and frail customers and a willingness to undertake additional training around bespoke needs is essential.

You must have the right to work in the UK and access to your own transport for this position. We regret that we do not offer sponsorship and candidates must be available for 30+ hours of work per week. All roles offered are subject to references and enhanced DBS checks.
