Experienced Domiciliary care workers required in Southend on Sea, on a temporary, part or full-time basis. Long term and temp to perm opportunities available for the right candidates. You must be able to commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week for this position.

We are looking for experienced Domiciliary care workers to support our clients working long day shifts or early/late shifts which are based in Southend on Sea. We require candidates to complete a minimum of 30 hours per week around your availability, but there is overtime available up to 50+ hours per week for the right candidates and can offer a set pattern of work or a flexible rota depending on your needs.
You will work with customers who are elderly and who may have dementia, often recently discharged from hospital, therefore it is important to us and our customers that you understand the needs of the clients. Experience working with elderly and frail customers and a willingness to undertake additional training around bespoke needs is essential.
You must have the right to work in the UK and you must have access to your own transport for this position. We regret that we do not offer sponsorship and candidates must be available for 30+ hours of work per week. All roles offered are subject to references and enhanced DBS checks.
