Staffright Group are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of commercial construction projects on site. The successful candidate will be a confident leader, acting as the main client interface while managing teams, subcontractors, health & safety, quality and programme delivery to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Location: In and around Northeast Cambridge and West Norfolk

Experience & Technical Requirements
- Time Management
- Control the progression of works by scheduling trades in line with construction programmes on commercial sites.
- Develop short-term programmes with awareness of risk management challenges (experience with ASTA Powerproject desirable).
- Work within project budgets.
- Review and manage subcontractor variations.
- Control site labour and subcontractors cost-effectively.
- Interpret drawings and specifications accurately for commercial builds.
- Maintain exceptional workmanship standards and detailed quality records.
- Strong working knowledge of current UK H&S regulations.
- Implement and manage site Health & Safety plans across commercial projects.
- Oversee all on-site safety compliance.
