About the Role
As a BDR, you’ll be a key part of the company’s commercial engine, the first person prospects speak to, and the one shaping their initial perception of the business. This isn’t a volume-based, script-reading role; it’s thoughtful, insight-led outreach designed to open high-quality conversations. You’ll work closely with experienced Account Executives and marketing colleagues to identify and engage your ideal customer profile, tailoring your messaging to pain points that matter.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting into target accounts via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Creating highly personalised outreach sequences
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders across a range of verticals
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and booking discovery meetings
- Providing feedback to the wider team to help improve messaging and targeting
