The Opportunity:

This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll be responsible for generating new business and building strong, lasting relationships within the experiences and attractions sector. You’ll represent the company’s technology and marketing solutions, taking the time to understand each client’s needs and deliver tailored recommendations that drive growth and revenue. This role offers the chance to work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams while helping shape how the business scales across new markets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Represent the company’s products and services with a deep understanding of customer needs
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop relationships with potential clients to grow your pipeline
  • Conduct discovery calls and demos, managing the full sales cycle through to close
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
  • Create and execute territory plans, adapting based on performance and insights from the field
  • Use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, pipeline, and reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing to align strategies and share customer insights
  • Partner with product and customer success teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Network across relevant businesses and agencies and represent the brand at industry events

Who You Are:

  • 1+ years of relevant sales experience with proven success exceeding quota
  • Driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial – able to take initiative and work independently
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Persuasive, tactful, and professional when engaging with partners and stakeholders
  • Confident in managing a full sales cycle and building rapport at all levels
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Empathetic and curious, with a genuine interest in understanding client challenges
