I’m hiring on behalf of one of the fastest‑growing Series B B2B SaaS companies in Europe. Backed by top‑tier investors, this startup is on a mission to completely transform how businesses manage purchasing – think faster approvals, streamlined spend control, and no more 3‑month buying cycles. They’ve already landed major tech customers, operate lean with high efficiency, and are led by a proven founding team with a track record of scaling to $30M+ ARR.
Now, they’re building out their Go‑To‑Market team and are looking for a high‑potential commercial generalist – someone early in their career who wants to learn by doing and grow fast. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who’s curious about B2B SaaS sales, commercially switched‑on, and ready to work closely with experienced leadership.
What you’ll do:
- Own demand generation: prospecting, qualifying, and running outbound campaigns
- Collaborate with the CEO and commercial team across the full sales cycle
- Help shape GTM strategy, messaging, and playbooks from scratch
- Get exposure to pipeline management, deal support, early deployments, and more
- Progress into a senior sales, success, or GTM leadership role in 12–24 months
Qualifications:
- You’ve got 1–4 years of experience in a commercial or client‑facing role (or something high‑pressure like consulting, law, banking, etc.)
- You’re ambitious, gritty, and ready to roll your sleeves up
- You’re a strong communicator and fast learner with big growth potential
- You love winning and want to build something from the ground up
This isn’t a role for someone looking to “do strategy” from the sidelines. It’s hands‑on, high‑impact, and suited to someone excited to build, sell, and learn fast in a world‑class startup environment. If this sounds like the kind of challenge you’re looking for, drop me a message – happy to share more.
