It’s a commercially focused position where you’ll take ownership of pricing decisions across a large product range, working closely with marketing, sales and product teams to drive performance and profitability.
The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in shaping how the business prices and positions its products, using data to support decisions but ultimately applying commercial judgement to maximise margin and sales. You’ll be working with a business that values collaboration and personality just as much as technical ability, so this role suits someone who can engage with different teams and influence decisions across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analysing product performance, customer behaviour and sales trends
- Making and influencing pricing decisions across hundreds of products and large SKU volumes
- Working closely with marketing on promotions and pricing strategy
- Monitoring margins and identifying opportunities to improve commercial performance
- Conducting competitor and market analysis
- Communicating insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
- Supporting ongoing development of pricing processes and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a commercial, pricing, e-commerce or analytical role
- Strong commercial awareness – you understand margin, pricing and business impact
- Comfortable working with data and drawing practical conclusions from it
- Confident communicator who can work across teams and influence decisions
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with an “easy to work with” attitude
Technical Skills
- Good Excel skills are beneficial, but advanced tools (SQL, Power BI) are not essential
- Training can be provided – attitude and commercial thinking are more important
What’s in It for You
- A genuinely influential role within a growing business
- Opportunity to take ownership of pricing decisions
- Hybrid working
