We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join a well-established, market-leading business. This role is ideal for someone with experience in B2B sales who enjoys being out in the market, building relationships, and developing new opportunities, while also managing and growing existing accounts. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your territory, working across a mix of account management, strategic projects, and new business development.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing and developing existing accounts, alongside identifying and converting new business opportunities across the UK. Your time will be broadly split across field-based account management, office-based strategic and key account work, and proactive new business generation.
Key Responsibilities
- FieldâBased: UK Core Wholesale Clients
- Manage and develop a portfolio of UK wholesale accounts
- Spend time in the field building strong, longâterm relationships
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing customers
- Represent the business at meetings, trade events, and networking opportunities
- Ensure a high level of customer service while driving revenue
- Support the management and development of key retail and online accounts
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) on projects and launches
- Review performance and identify opportunities for growth
