My client is looking to appoint a Training Manager to lead the development of their Client Relationship Management teams.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone from an education background who is confident in:

You will take ownership of the full training lifecycle, supporting new starters as they enter the business, while also developing and upskilling existing employees.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing and delivering structured training programmes for new starters
  • Creating engaging lesson-style content tailored to different learning styles
  • Supporting ongoing development of employees post-training
  • Managing and developing a team of internal coaches
  • Building a forward-thinking 6-month training plan
  • Using data, feedback, and performance metrics to refine training delivery
  • Delivering a mix of classroom-based and 1:1 training sessions
