Our client is looking for a Vehicle Painter to join its busy bodyshop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality paint finishes to a range of vehicles, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer and customer standards. This role requires excellent attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles and panels for painting where required.
- Mix and match paint colours accurately.
- Apply primers, base coats, and clear coats using spray-painting equipment.
- Achieve a high-quality finish in line with company and manufacturer standards.
- Carry out minor rectification work and polishing as required.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain spray booths, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
