The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.
We are currently seeking experienced maintenance workers to work with our client in Blyth. You will be working in a maintenance environment and duties could include:
- Strimming, hedge trimming, weeding and ivy removal
- Replenishing stock in public areas such as toilets
- Litter picking
- Watering of lawns, trees and plants
- Pressure washing of terraces, public spaces and machinery
- Collecting fallen tree branches and other debris
Awareness of and compliance with Health & Safety requirements and legislation.
Candidates must have a FULL UK Driving licence as will be using maintenance vehicles.
