Are you an experienced IFA/Wealth Management Administrator looking for your next move? We’re seeking a confident and capable individual who can step into a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running. This role is ideal for someone already operating within wealth management or financial planning, who understands the processes, systems, and expectations of supporting advisors and delivering a high-quality client experience.
The Role
You will act as a key point of contact for both Advisors and Clients, providing essential administrative and operational support across the full client lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Advisors with diary management, queries, and day-to-day coordination
- Managing workflows and processes via CRM
- Preparing cases for paraplanning, ensuring all information is accurate and complete
- Processing new business and ongoing administration across pensions, investments, and protection
- Preparing client meeting packs and supporting annual review processes
- Maintaining accurate, compliant client records
- Attending internal meetings to manage workloads and identify improvements
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities in a regulated environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience within an IFA, wealth management, or financial planning environment
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training
- Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products
- Experience using back-office systems (CRM)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with Advisors, Paraplanners, and Clients
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A proactive approach and commitment to delivering high levels of client service
