Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking to step away from managing a large personal caseload while still using your technical expertise? This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Property Solicitor to move into a specialist technical role where you'll support and develop a busy conveyancing team rather than spending your day progressing your own high-volume files.
Working closely with senior management, you'll act as the technical expert for the department, quality checking files, supporting fee earners, delivering training and ensuring the highest standards of compliance, client care and technical accuracy across the team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical aspects of conveyancing and wants to use their knowledge to improve standards, mentor colleagues and ensure files are completed correctly.
- Reviewing and quality checking residential conveyancing files
- Identifying training needs and supporting the development of junior team members
- Ensuring compliance with CLC requirements, internal procedures and quality standards
- Reviewing searches, enquiries, mortgage instructions and title documentation
- Supporting managers with complaint investigations and file audits
We're interested in speaking with experienced conveyancing professionals who:
- Have a strong background in residential conveyancing
- Enjoy the technical and compliance side of property law
- Are confident reviewing files and identifying risks
- Are looking for a role with less front-line client pressure and greater focus on quality and technical excellence
Previous experience as a Technical Advisor, Team Leader, Senior Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Property Solicitor or Quality Auditor would be highly advantageous.
