We are working on an exclusive basis with a privately owned organisation operating across energy, infrastructure, and commercial land development. The business is delivery-focused, with a strong emphasis on innovation and large-scale strategic projects.
This is a high-impact Executive Assistant position supporting the CEO and Executive Director, with exposure to senior leadership and business-critical projects. You will provide both executive and project support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while helping drive key initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Coordinating meetings, preparing briefings, and tracking actions
- Attending meetings and producing accurate minutes
- Managing travel (UK and international)
- Supporting projects, budgets, and reporting
- Handling confidential documents, including NDAs and agreements
- Maintaining organised records and document systems (e.g. SharePoint)
- Supporting wider SLT activities, events, and recruitment processes
Experience Required (Essential)
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant supporting senior stakeholders (recent experience essential)
- Strong project coordination experience across multiple workstreams (including budgets and timelines)
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-level environments with multiple stakeholders
Skills & Attributes
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proactive, resilient, and able to manage competing priorities
- Discreet and professional, with experience handling confidential information
- Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
