We’re currently partnering with a well-established and expanding wealth management business to recruit a Client Liaison Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Client Liaison Administrator, you’ll be a key point of contact for both clients and advisors, playing a vital role in delivering a seamless and professional service. This is a fast-paced position where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who thrives on variety and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Advisors with diary management, queries, and client opportunities
- Following workflows and processes using XPLAN
- Preparing cases ahead of paraplanning
- Processing business across investments, pensions, and protection from submission through to completion
- Preparing client meeting packs and supporting annual reviews
- Attending operational meetings and contributing to team efficiency
- Maintaining accurate and compliant client records
