Do you have experience working within a Wealth Management/Wealth Planning environment? We are currently recruiting for a Client Liaison Administrator to join a growing wealth management firm in their Glasgow office on a full-time, permanent basis. Working alongside a team of experienced professionals, as a Client Liaison Administrator you will be the first point of contact for both advisors and clients. This role would suit someone who is adaptable, organised, and confident managing a variety of queries and challenges.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing support to Advisors, including monitoring diaries, opportunities, queries and requests
  • Following standard procedures and workflows via XPLAN
  • Assisting with the preparation of cases in readiness for paraplanning
  • Processing all sales-related paperwork from submission through to completion, including ongoing administration across investments, pensions, and protection
  • Attending operational meetings to discuss workloads, challenges, and opportunities
  • Maintaining up-to-date awareness of company policies, practices, and procedures
  • Keeping accurate and compliant records in line with internal standards
  • Preparing meeting packs
  • Gathering information for annual reviews

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working within a Wealth Management/Financial Planning environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with Advisors, Paraplanners, and Clients
  • A proactive individual with excellent organisational skills
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or client-facing role is preferred
  • A strong focus on delivering high levels of client service and relationship management
