We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to coordinate and develop our network of Service Users, Carers and Simulated/Standardised Patients, ensuring their valuable lived experience helps shape the education of future health and social care professionals.
Working closely with colleagues across the School of Health, Education, Policing and Sciences, you will manage recruitment, onboarding, engagement activities and work allocation, ensuring Service User and Carer involvement meets programme requirements and enhances student learning.

- Coordinate the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing engagement of Service Users, Carers and Simulated/Standardised Patients.
- Act as the first point of contact, providing advice, support and guidance to members.
- Work with academic colleagues to understand engagement needs and match opportunities to the most appropriate individuals.
- Coordinate engagement activities, training, events and annual review processes.
- Monitor participation, approve payments and produce reports to support service evaluation and continuous improvement.
