We're looking for three fixed-term, part-time Res Life Assistants to help deliver a positive residential experience for students living in our brand new, state-of-the-art Student Village.
In this varied role, you'll support students with day-to-day queries, help organise events and activities, assist with residence administration, respond to incidents and concerns, and contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming and respectful living environment.
We are recruiting to the following shifts
- 1x 30.5 hours per week
- 1x 24 hours per week
- 1x 19.5 hours per week
Please note that these posts require evening and weekend working.
- Enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Has strong communication and customer service skills.
- Can provide supportive, practical guidance to students.
- Is organised, adaptable and able to work collaboratively.
- Is confident using digital systems and Microsoft Office.
Experience in student support, customer service, hospitality, residential settings or event delivery would be beneficial.
