We have an exciting opportunity within our Home Admissions team based in our Business to Markets function. This role is crucial to the delivery of our ambitious recruitment targets whilst also delivering an outstanding end‑to‑end service to our applicants. The role will be responsible for reviewing applications and making decisions on offers in line with internal policies and procedures and external compliance expectations. The post holder will work to prescribed service level agreements and strict deadlines. This role will require an individual who is committed to delivering outstanding customer service but enjoys working in a fast‑paced, competitive but highly‑regulated setting.
Fixed Term role until June 2026.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide a high quality and hyper‑personal service across our customer engagement platforms ensuring that prospective applicant enquiries are processed within ambitious service targets.
- Review applications and make offers within agreed parameters across UG, PGT and PGR from Home fee status applicants.
- Ensure applications and offers are processed in line with all relevant compliance frameworks, policies and procedures, such as UCAS, DfE, UKVI, UKCISA.
- Undertake outbound contact activity across our range of customer engagement platforms in line with the University\'s conversion strategy for Home and International customers.
- Mandatory staffing, on a rota basis, of key recruitment events including Offer Holder Days, Open Events, Clearing and other events throughout each recruitment cycle.
