We are currently recruiting for transferees at the rank of Police Constable – Response or Neighbourhood Officers. Staffordshire Police serves over 1.1 million people across 1,000 square miles, from rural moorlands to urban areas such as Stoke-on-Trent, Tamworth, Cannock, and Burton-upon-Trent. Our team of approximately 3,500 colleagues includes around 2,000 officers, community support officers, police staff, and volunteers. Am I eligible?

To transfer as a Police Constable, you must be substantive at that rank and have completed your probationary period. You must be transferring from a Home Office Force.

Onboarding

We aim to make onboarding straightforward: You will complete a role-based interview focusing on competencies and values. We want to understand your skills to assign you to the most suitable posting. Appointment depends on passing pre-employment checks, vetting, medical, drugs test, and fitness test.
