We are currently recruiting transferees for the rank of Police Constable – Response. Staffordshire Police serves more than 1.1 million people across 1,000 square miles, from rural moorlands to major urban areas such as Stoke-on-Trent, Tamworth, Cannock and Burton-upon-Trent. Our force comprises around 3,500 colleagues, including approximately 2,000 officers, community support officers, police staff and volunteers. We are committed to working together to improve the safety and well-being of people, places and communities, achieving our vision of a safer Staffordshire. Our response teams are on hand 24/7 to keep our communities safe.

Am I eligible?
- You must be substantive at the rank you are applying for and have completed and passed your probationary phase.
- You must be transferring from a Home Office Force.
- You must not have a complaint with your home force.
Onboarding
You will be required to complete and pass a role-based interview focusing on the competencies and values required for the role. We would like to know what skills you have to offer so that we can identify the most appropriate posting for you. Appointment will be dependent on successfully passing pre-employment checks, vetting, medical, a drugs test and a fitness test.
