About The Opportunity

Want your analysis skills to make a real‑world impact? We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to help shape and deliver technology that directly supports frontline policing and public safety. Sitting within our Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Transformation team, you’ll play a key role in translating business needs into clear technical requirements and ensuring solutions are fit for purpose from design through to delivery and testing.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and define technical solutions
  • Support end‑to‑end project delivery, from requirements through to User Acceptance Testing
  • Contribute to system testing, quality assurance and continuous improvement
  • Help deliver meaningful change across critical policing systems
