About The Opportunity
Reporting to the Recruitment and Onboarding Manager, you will provide a centralised Recruitment and onboarding service offering support and guidance to line managers and providing excellent customer service to applicants. You will be involved in both individual and bulk 360 recruitment, working with a range of stakeholders across Staffordshire Police. You will be managing candidates from application through to initial onboarding. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process, from shortlisting applications and arranging appointments to pre-enrolment events, interviews and assessment centres.
We are looking for someone who has initiative and a common-sense approach with experience of working in a high pressured, fast-paced environment. Extensive knowledge of recruitment process and legislation is essential along with excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
