Collaborative working is at the heart of the force’s support services, shared with Staffordshire Fire and Rescue. We have an important role in enabling both organisations to deliver on their recruitment and resourcing priorities.
About the Opportunity:
Our Recruitment Team is evolving, and this is an exciting opportunity to be part of our transformation. Reporting to the Strategic Recruitment Lead, you will provide a centralised Recruitment and onboarding service, supporting line managers and providing excellent customer service to applicants.
You will be involved in both individual and bulk recruitment, working with stakeholders across Staffordshire Police and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue.
You will manage candidates from application through to initial onboarding and participate in all aspects of the recruitment process, including shortlisting, arranging interviews, pre-enrolment events, assessment centres, etc.
We seek someone with initiative, a common-sense approach, experience in a high-pressure environment, extensive knowledge of recruitment processes and legislation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
