About the Opportunity:
Staffordshire Police is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our Strategic Change Team on a fixed-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering our policing vision and driving forward the force’s change portfolio.
As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage projects across the full life cycle—from initiation to delivery and benefits realisation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting the strategic objectives of the force.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, applying your knowledge of project management methodologies to deliver meaningful change. While you don’t need to be a subject matter expert, your experience in applying project management methodologies across different types of projects will be key. You’ll be supported by a team of specialists and will work collaboratively with colleagues across the force.
Experience in managing projects with a digital component is beneficial but not essential—we welcome applications from candidates with diverse project backgrounds.

- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets
