The Head of Digital is a newly created role in Staffordshire Police's new Digital, Data & Technology (DDaT) service. You will establish the organisation's digital function from the ground up, define the use of data in the force, build a wide-reaching and cohesive team, and provide the strategic leadership needed to move the force from a paper-centric organisation to one which is genuinely digitally innovative.

Digital services are fundamental to how officers serve communities, how the public experiences the force, and how frontline professionals are freed from administrative burden to focus on what matters most.
