Technical knowledge of Registration and Ceremonies is beneficial, but not essential; we will support you every step of the way to build your technical expertise.
Main Responsibilities
As a Registration Service Team Leader, you will:
- Support the Operations Manager in delivering an effective and efficient Registration Service to residents across Staffordshire
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to provide an excellent, customer-focused service
- Co-ordinate and deliver training across the team.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, policies and data protection standards.
- Build strong partnerships and drive continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
With no two days the same, you will bring flexibility, responsiveness and a steady presence, supporting your team to succeed through a wide range of situations.
