Staffordshire County Council is seeking a Family Group Conference (FGC) Coordinator to join the Edge of Care Service.

You will plan and facilitate conferences, working with children, families and partners to develop safe, sustainable plans that keep children connected to their networks.

In a flexible role, you will coordinate with social workers, provide guidance on the FGC process, and promote restorative, strengths-based practice.
