Staffordshire County Council is seeking an experienced Pay & Reward Specialist to strengthen our Reward Team as we prepare for Local Government Reorganisation.
You will lead reward projects, oversee job evaluation activities, and help shape fair pay practices across the organisation.
The role is office-based with a minimum of 2 days in Staffordshire Place 1 and the option to home work on some days.
It is a permanent, 37-hour-per-week position, operating within a local government environment.
