Overview
We\\\’re Hiring! – Social Worker / Senior Practitioner (Children\\\’s Services)
Location: Burton-on-Trent (Free Parking!)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
Pay Rate: Up to £33.30/hour (based on experience & role level)
Hybrid Working: Minimum 2 days/week office-based (East Staffs Duty Hub)

Pay Rates Based on Experience (as per MOU)
- Band 1 – Social Worker (ASYE + 2 years): £28.55/hr
- Band 2 – Senior Social Worker (ASYE + 3 years): £30.57/hr
- Band 3 – Advanced/Senior Practitioner / Assistant Team Manager (Caseload + supervisory/practice development responsibilities): £33.30/hr
