- Drive Value: Ensure robust supplier relationships, strong contract governance, and deliver outstanding value for money.
- Safeguard Standards: Uphold the highest standards in compliance, health and safety, and council governance.

About You
You are a strategic thinker and a natural leader, ready to take on complex challenges and deliver results. You bring:
- A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field; a postgraduate management qualification is a plus.
- Professional membership (e.g., RICS).
- A proven track record leading large teams and managing supplier relationships.
- Deep expertise in property design and delivery, including RIBA stages and BREEAM.
- Strong knowledge of TUPE and service transitions.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
